Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• UK / European Patent Attorney
• Technical background in mechanical engineering
• Experience with patent drafting, with direct client contact and experience representing clients/employers at the EPO
• Commercial IP awareness and business minded.

This role would suit an attorney with in-house experience, or an attorney working within private practice who is keen to make the move to an in-house setting. Seeking a fully-qualified patent attorney with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience and a strong academic background in the chemistry field, the internationally-renowned work offered by this company is sure to be of interest. You will be undertaking all the patent and management work that would be expected in a challenging senior in-house role.

Candidates with in-house experience or attorneys who are currently in private practice, looking for a change, will be considered.
